Loudoun County Board flamed for voting to keep student sex assault report under wraps: 'Hiding something big'
Fox News
Loudoun County's school board voted 6-3 last Tuesday to keep a report on district sexual assaults under wraps, garnering criticism from parents who called for transparency.
Board member Erika Ogedebe argued that, while transparency is "important," releasing the report would only contribute to and prolong the "trauma of the victims." Taylor Penley is a production assistant with Fox News.
She also argued that maintaining the students' privacy takes precedent over releasing the report.
