Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court saying that he should be heard before bail orders are passed in any appeal filed by the Ghaziabad Police against the relief granted to him by Karnataka High Court last week in connection with the Loni assault case. The Karnataka High Court on June 24, granting interim relief to Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari, directed Ghaziabad Police to not take any coercive action against him in connection with the Loni assault case.
