A 29-year-old registered massage therapist has been accused by London police of sexually assaulting a client, and investigators say they believe there may be other victims.
The alleged assault happened on Dec. 7 at a business on Wellington Road in London, involving the male accused and a female client, police said.
It's alleged the client was sexually assaulted during the massage by the accused, who also exposed himself, police said.
Police say she was not physically harmed, and reported it to London police.
The accused, a 29-year-old man from Thorndale, was arrested last week and charged with one count of sexual assault.
Police say the matter was also reported to the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, the profession's regulatory body in the province.
"Investigators are appealing to members of the public who may have had a similar experience while receiving a massage from the accused, to contact investigators," police said in a statement.
According to the college's public register, the accused's certificate of registration was suspended on Monday. It also notes the accused was charged on Dec. 12, and signed an undertaking with police.
The undertaking included conditions he not "attend a specified location," "contact a specified client," or "go within 50 metres of a specified client," the registry said.
He's scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 22, 2026, according to police.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
