PSG forward Kylian Mbappe has revealed that he has more freedom playing for France as compared to his club. The 23-year-old scored in his side's 2-0 win over Austria in the group stage of the UEFA Nations League.

The French striker admitted that France's style of play allowed him more freedom as compared to PSG.
"I play differently. I am asked other things here in relation to my club. I have a lot more freedom here. The coach knows that there is a number 9 like Oliv' [Giroud] who occupies the defenses and I can walk around and go into space. In Paris, it's different. It's not like this. I am asked to do the pivot, it is different," Mbappe said after his side's win over Austria.
However, it wasn't a perfect night for Les Bleus as defender Jules Kounde and goalkeeper Mike Maignan sustained injuries. The duo will join superstars like Karim Benzema, Paul Pogba and captain Hugo Lloris on the sidelines.
But the Mbappe believes France's massive pool of talent could help them through this injury crisis.
"We have an incredible pool of talent, so even when we are missing important players there are others who can come in and do well," Mbappe added.
The hosts, who had lost two and drawn two of their last four matches, walked out with real intent at the Stade de France. Thanks to goals from Mbappe and Giroud, France climbed to third in their group with five points from as many games.
