Kolkata airport gets new mobile charging points after multiple complaints

After receiving numerous complaints about faulty and loose mobile charging points, the authorities at Kolkata airport have installed more charging units.
The Kolkata Airport recently installed more charging units throughout the terminals for passengers for a quick charge before they fly. If you are planning to board a flight from Kolkata International Airport, then you should not worry about charging your phone, as the authorities have recently installed fresh mobile charging points at different locations at the airport terminal.
The development came after many passengers complained about faulty and loose mobile charging points at Kolkata airport, prompting the authorities to take the step.
A tweet from the official Twitter handle of Kolkata Airport read, "Travelling through #KolkataAirport & need to charge your phone before the flight? For the convenience of our esteemed passengers we have installed more charging units throughout the terminal building so you can do a quick charge before you fly." (sic)

After more charging units were installed, many passengers thanked the officials for the effort. However, some of them said that it would have been better if the charging points came with attached type A, type C and IOS charging points.
