Kitchener man, 38, dead following shooting in Keelesdale

A man is dead following a shooting in the city's Keelesdale neighbourhood on Saturday, Toronto police say.
The victim has been identified as Tola Paul, 38, of Kitchener.
Shortly before 5 p.m. officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area of Clearview Heights and Trethewey Drive.
Police said a man who had been shot was located in an apartment building.
Responding officers and medics provided life-saving measures before transporting the man to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Toronto police's homicide unit is investigating.
The Rachel Notley government's consumer carbon tax wound up becoming a weapon the UCP wielded to drum the Alberta NDP out of office.
