Kitakyushu City Mayor Kazuhisa Takeuchi of Japan will be the guest at the Telangana Formation Day celebrations to be held at Parade Grounds on June 2.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, who visited Kitakyushu City during his visit to Japan, invited the Mayor to Hyderabad. Later, Telangana and Kitakyushu will sign a mutual cooperation agreement at the ITC Kakatiya Hotel. Kitakyushu was once the most polluted city in Japan but is now considered one of the cleanest cities.
