Kevin Stefanski’s first Giants sit-down ‘went very well’ as coaching cycle revs up
NY Post
Not all interviews go according to plan.
It sounds as if Wednesday’s sit-down between the Giants and Kevin Stefanski resulted in the Giants making a positive impression on one of the top head coach candidates on the market.
“It went very well,’’ a source outside the Giants’ building told The Post. “Meeting everybody and talking it through. I think it’s going to be a long process, I really do.’’
The Giants made an impression on Stefanski, fired Monday after the Browns went 5-12 this past season. The two-time (2020 and 2023) NFL Coach of the Year led off what will be an extended lineup of hopefuls to meet with general manager Joe Schoen and Giants ownership over the next few days and, most likely, weeks.
