The Covid lockdown in Karnataka has been extended by one week till 6 am on June 14 in order to curb the spread of Covid-19 in the state. The state government also announced a second financial package worth Rs 500 crore for the fishermen community, priests, powerloom workers and others affected by the Covid-induced lockdown.
