Jets vs. Dolphins: Preview, prediction, what to watch for
NY Post
An inside look at the Jets-Dolphins Week 14 matchup in Miami Gardens, Fla.:
Dolphins WRs Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle vs. Jets CBs D.J. Reed and Brandin Echols
The Jets likely enter this game without their top cornerback as Sauce Gardner is doubtful to play because of a hamstring injury.
Hill and Waddle have not had their typical seasons but are still deep threats every time they step on the field. Hill has just one 100-yard receiving game this season and that came in Week 1.
He has 55 catches for 654 yards and four touchdowns, all way below his usual averages.
Waddle has two 100-yard games this year, including two weeks ago when he had 144 against the Patriots. He has 45 catches for 601 yards and two TDs.

Almost a year to the day after a goaltender interference call against Kyle Palmieri lost the Islanders a game against the Blue Jackets that started their season’s death spiral, they were on the wrong end of another controversial call against those same Blue Jackets that might have had the same effect.

SAN DIEGO — As you may have seen elsewhere in this newspaper (and also if you haven’t deleted me yet from your social media), I have a book coming out Tuesday called “The Bosses of The Bronx.” Much of it details the 37 years’ worth of antics, winning, losing, winning again and overall mania of George Steinbrenner’s time with the Yankees.
