James Carville Scolds Democrats For Pushing This 2-Word Message

The longtime Democratic strategist compared the phrase to what he calls the "three stupidest words in the history of the English language."
Longtime Democratic strategist James Carville has advised members of his party against using the phrase “Abolish ICE” as protests opposing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement continue in Minneapolis and across the nation.
Carville, in remarks on his “Politics War Room” podcast with Al Hunt, chimed in after his co-host raised an issue with Democrats using the word “abolishing” rather than calling to reform the agency or to start “making ICE work.”
“‘Defund the Police’ are the three stupidest words in the history of the English language,” said Carville, comparing the anti-ICE phrase to a slogan that grew in popularity amid the 2020 Black Lives Matter protests.“The left is universally wrong about everything.”
Carville argued that Americans want to have some form of “immigration and customs control” before noting that he finds recent actions by ICE to be “horrible.”
His remarks arrived over a week after an ICE agent, Jonathan Ross, shot and killed Minneapolis resident Renee Good in her vehicle. Heated clashes between protesters and federal authorities have continued in the Minnesota capital since.
The analyst explained to Bret Baier why the president wasn't directly admitting the fatal strike on the school.
It's a complete betrayal, said the "Late Night" host.
“All the boys have them," a Trump administration source told The Wall Street Journal. Another called it "hysterical."
The "Late Show" audience erupted at the joke.
GOP lawmakers cackled at the president's comment, which was slammed as "grotesque" and "sickening" on social media.
The president escalated his rhetoric against Iran as the war's second week continues.
The MS NOW host called plans to take military action against Cuba a "recipe for disaster" during Monday's episode of "Morning Joe."
The detention of the two teenagers and their family members drew significant public outcry.
“Girl read the f**king room,” one social media user said before giving the president’s granddaughter a piece of their mind.
Economists warn that even if that happens quickly, the damage to the American businesses and consumers could last months, years or even indefinitely.
"I made a mistake in allowing inappropriate access to Ohio State leadership," Walter Carter Jr. said.
Democratic senators are pitching massive tax cuts as a way to counter Donald Trump’s populist appeal.
A White House spokesperson told HuffPost it's natural that local officials want to honor Trump's "vast accomplishments."
