It's been a cold, snowy winter. People are blaming a groundhog.

After Punxsutawney Phil predicted six more weeks of winter in early February, people are angry at just how accurate the groundhog has been.
As millions are digging out from yet another major snowstorm, some are blaming their winter blues on a harmless weather forecaster: a groundhog.
On Feb. 2, Punxsutawney Phil and other groundhog forecasters across the country made their predictions for the weather weeks ahead.
While some said spring could arrive early, Phil – arguably the nation's most famous fuzzy forecaster – warned that six more weeks of winter were coming.
Phil's prediction for a longer winter is hardly uncommon; in all the years since Groundhog Day records have been kept, he has forecast longer winters more often than early springs.
But this year, the prognosis is apparently pouring salt in an open wound for some.
