IPL 2022, DC vs RR: After Jos Buttler smashed his third century of the IPL 2022 in a clash with Delhi Capitals, Ravi Shastri called him' Jos the Boss'.
Rajasthan Royals player Jos Buttler continued with his stellar performance after he smashed his third century in the ongoing IPL 2022 in the clash against Delhi Capitals. The England wicketkeeper got to the milestone in the match against Rishabh Pant’s DC at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Buttler, who’s also the Orange Cap holder of the IPL 2022, racked up his century off a mere 57 balls.
Buttler smashed 116 off 65 balls with the help of nine boundaries and as many hits over the fence in the partnership of Devdutt Padikkal, who hit 54 off 35 balls with seven fours and two sixes.
The player has been receiving immense appreciation for his brilliant performance for an incredibly sensational run. Buttler has looked in red-hot form since the start of this season and was also the first player to hit the first century of the fifteenth edition of the IPL.
Calling him 'Jos the Boss', former India coach Ravi Shastri heaped praise on him and said that the player is upto some serious field business at the Wankhede stadium.
Shastri wrote on his official Instagram handle, "It's hot. It's a summer evening. Thirsty times. Worth the wait. Guys our favourite ‘Jos the Boss’ is upto some serious on field business at the Wankhede. A magnificent cocktail soon coming." (sic)
