Former India cricketer Saba Karim heaped rich praise on Suryakumar Yadav, saying that Mumbai Indians rely heavily on his batting. Suryakumar has had an impressive debut season for the national team.

Former India wicketkeeper and national selector Saba Karim lauded Suryakumar Yadav's ability to anchor the innings while not compromising on the scoring rate and said that Mumbai Indians rely heavily on his batting.

Karim further said that Suryakumar Yadav will be high on confidence after being a part of the national side and Mumbai will be keen on retaining him for the next few seasons of IPL.
