The comments from Vaughan come after Russell leaked 38 runs in 2 overs and failed to finish the match with his batting against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Sunday. With 44 runs needed off the last 12 balls, Russell did not take any single or double on the first 5 deliveries of the 19th over in search of boundaries. After 5 dot balls, Russell took a single on the last delivery only to get clean bowled on the first ball of the final over.
