Kolkata Knight Riders swashbuckling batsman Rahul Tripathi on Thursday said that he was happy to stay till the end and win the match for his team. Tripathi scored a strokeful 74 in KKR’s seven-wicket win over Mumbai Indians.
Rahul Tripahti, who played a match-winning 74 not out off 42 balls in Kolkata Knight Riders' thumping seven-wicket win over Mumbai Indians on Thursday, is happy to stay till the end and finish the game for his team.
Chasing 156, KKR produced a solid batting effort with Tripathi (74 not out off 42 balls) and Iyer (53 off 30 balls) putting on 88 runs for the second wicket to take the side home in 15.1 overs.
