IPL 2021: Having made it to England's T20 World Cup squad, Liam Livingstone said English players will benefit a lot from playing the Indian Premier League which will also be held in the UAE from September 19.
England's highly-rated batsman Liam Livingstone said he feels a lot fresher than the last time he was at the Indian Premier League (IPL) with Rajasthan Royals. The big-hitter said he is looking forward to reuniting with the Royals and delivering big for the former champions when the season resumes in the UAE from September 19.
Liam Livingstone was bought by Rajasthan Royals in the IPL 2021 auction for Rs 50 lakh. The England star returned home from India after playing just 4 matches, citing bio-bubble fatigue. Having bettered his reputation of a match-winner in white-ball cricket, Livingstone returns to play for the Royals ahead of the T20 World Cup for which he is part of the England squad.
