India vs New Zealand: Want to see Avesh Khan, Eden Gardens pitch will suit him, says Gautam Gambhir

India vs New Zealand 3rd T20I: With the hosts having already won the series, Gautam Gambhir said that they can afford to give senior fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar a rest and give a chance to Avesh Khan.

India can rest Bhuvneshwar Kumar and give Avesh Khan a chance in Kolkata during the third T20I against New Zealand as the Eden Gardens pitch will suit the latter, former batsman Gautam Gambhir has said. India have already sealed win in the three-match series and are looking to do a clean sweep on New Zealand.

"From a bowling point of view they can actually rest Bhuvneshwar Kumar and look at Avesh Khan. It will suit him especially the wicket in Kolkata, it's got pace and bounce," Gambhir said on Star Sports.
