India vs England: Jofra Archer likely to miss ODI series and 1st half of IPL due to elbow injury

England skipper Eoin Morgan on Saturday said that fast bowler Jofra Archer’s elbow injury has worsened and that the team was unsure if the pacer will be available to play the ODI series against India.

England limited-overs captain Eoin Morgan revealed that fast bowler Jofra Archer’s elbow injury has worsened and it needs medical attention once again. Archer had missed the last Test match against India due to the injury but had made a comeback for the team in the T20I series that concluded on Saturday with hosts India beating England 3-2. India and England will now play a three-match ODI series starting March 23 and Eoin Morgan on Saturday admitted that Archer’s availability is not known as yet and the medical team is having a look into his injury.
