India's Day 5 performances are like those of the great Australian teams of early 2000's, says Steve Harmison

Oval Test: India triggered a second final day win in their five-Test series against England as the hosts were dismissed for 210 runs in the second innings of the fourth Test despite having a 100-run opening stand.
Former England fast bowler Steve Harmison said that India's Day 5 performances are reminiscent of how the great Australian teams led by Steve Waugh and Ricky Ponting would play at the turn of the century. India pulled off another final day turnaround in their five-match series against England, winning the fourth Test by 157 runs to take a 2-1 lead in the series. India had earlier beaten England at Lord's with a record 89-run ninth wicket partnership between Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah turning the tide in their favour in a match that England dominated for the most part. Harmison said that the Indian players ramped up the pressure on Day 5 the way they do while fielding during an Indian Premier League (IPL) match.More Related News
