India speedster Mohammed Shami believes that his team is not affected by the first innings collapse and is ready to give it all as there is lot of time left in the series. India were bowled out for 78 runs in their first innings, in reply England posted a mammoth 423 for 8 when stumps were drawn on Day 2.
Mohammed Shami (3/87), the most successful bowler for India on an awful second day of the Headingley Test against England said that the team's performance so far in the match has not affected the players' morale as there is a lot of time left in the five-match series. “No, my friend, mentally (it does not affect), we have finished matches in three days, many matches we have finished in two days,” Shami said at the virtual post-day press conference after the second day’s play.More Related News
