If Aurangzeb invades this land, Shivaji will stand up to protect it: PM Modi in Varanasi

“History has been witness to Aurangzeb's atrocities, his terror. But the soil of this country is different from the rest of the world,” PM Narendra Modi said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday, November 13, said that invaders, like Aurangzeb, tried to destroy Varanasi but the city stood the test of time.

“If Aurangzeb comes here, Shivaji also stands up. If any Salar Masood moves here, brave warriors like Raja Suheldev make him realise the power of our unity,” PM Modi said.
