I spent an hour with Demi Moore's psychic friend Laura Day. Here's what happened.

Laura Day's intuition has been lauded by celebrities. What she said about my future shocked me.
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. − It’s the Friday before the Oscars, and I’m sitting across from someone who's provided guidance to celebrities and business executives alike.
She's not a director. Nor is she a CEO. She's an intuitive − or psychic, depending on who you ask, but she says she's not picky about terms. Her name is Laura Day, and she's authored multiple books on intuition, the most recent of which, "The Prism: Seven Steps to Heal Your Past and Transform Your Future," released last year.
Day has discussed her life and abilities in interviews with Oprah Winfrey, Hoda Kotb and Kelly Clarkson. Her longtime friend Demi Moore told Hello! magazine there are "many who have gifts of this nature, but there are none who have the precision that Laura has." And now, I'm spending an afternoon with her in Beverly Hills (at the home of a major Hollywood titan, who also happens to be one of Day's close friends) before she heads to a party.
I’ve never been in the presence of a psychic before, let alone one as famous as Day. I confess, I have two motives for being here. My first: to interview her and learn more about her experiences. The second: to see if she'll provide any psychic insight about me. Inherently, I'm skeptical of psychics, but I'm open to having my mind changed.
“I don't say to people, ‘You should do this,’ or ‘You shouldn't do this,’ “ Day says of her work. “I say, ‘This is what it looks like if you do this. This is what it looks like if you do that.’”
