Team India fast bowler Ishant Sharma recently opened up on his eating habits, favourite cuisine and the hardest food item he has had to give up on to take care of his fitness during a fun interview. Ishant, the most experienced active pacer in Indian cricket, recently returned to international cricket after a lengthy injury lay-off in the England Test series where he picked up 6 wickets in the four matches. Before the England Tests, Ishant was nursing a side strain which he had suffered in Delhi Capitals' first match in IPL 2020. Since then he missed the rest of the tournament and the following Test series in Australia which India won 2-1 in December-January.
