Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha appoints Executive Chef, Front Office Manager

Doha: Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha, the first Hyatt Regency brand in Qatar, has announced the appointment of Mert Duran as Executive Chef and Alena Dmitrienko as Front Office Manager. 

Mert, a Turkish national, carries more than two decades of culinary experience at Hyatt Hotels in Middle & Central Asia, Europe and the UAE.  He also has extensive knowledge of banquet and outside catering. His recent position was Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Bishkek.
