How Lisa Rinna exercises in her 60s – not like in her 20s

Lisa Rinna loves working out. You probably already know that if you've seen her iconic workout videos, or even her dancing videos on Instagram. But the workout of her 20s isn't the same as her workout in her 60s.
She has entered a calmer, slower era of her fitness. She can't run anymore, so she opts for hikes, yoga and Pilates instead.
"I listen to my body, and I find ways to work out that don't hurt me," "The Traitors" and former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star says in a phone call promoting her new memoir, "You Better Believe I'm Gonna Talk About It."
"I don't get pushed too hard so that I'm sore and I can't move the next day." It's all about finding what works for you, she adds.
It's a topic she has talked about frequently over the years, and a blog post on her website from 2015 reveals a similar ethos: "I get asked a lot what my workout routine looks like in any given week. Most times you’ll see me post pics on my Instagram from a hike or maybe you’ve seen paparazzi pics of me coming out of yoga or spin class. Whatever it is, I always feel amazing when I’m done."
