Home Minister Amit Shah spoke to Jammu & Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha over the cloudburst near Amarnath shrine in central Kashmir on Wednesday. Manoj Sinha briefed the home minister on the current situation in the regions of the union territory that have been affected by cloudbursts. - LG NDRF The government of J&K announces an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh each for the next of kin of those who lost their lives in the tragic cloudburst in Kishtwar. The grievously injured would be given Rs.50,000 each and Rs.12,700 under SDRF shall also be disbursed. After Manali in Himachal Pradesh and Kishtwar in Jammu and Kashmir, the Amarnath shrine cloudburst was the third to be reported on Wednesday. No loss of life or injury has been reported from central Kashmir as of now.More Related News
