A Brown University study finds that cannabis users with higher THC levels consumed 27% less alcohol, but researchers warn against using marijuana as treatment.

The randomized, controlled study included 157 adults between the ages of 21 and 44 who reported heavy drinking and regular cannabis use (at least bi-weekly).
