QNA Doha Minister of Public Health HE Dr Hanan Mohammed Al Kuwari met with HRH Princess Sophie, Countess of Wessex of the UK in Doha on Wednesday. During the meeting, they discussed a number of important topics in various health fields, especially the strengthening of cooperation with Orbis Foundation to combat blindness, in addition to health education, remote surgery and exchange of experiences. The leading role of Qatar through ''Qatar Creating Vision'' initiative and Qatari aid in the health field were also reviewed. Qatar, through Qatar Fund for Development, provides support for the work of Orbis Foundation in India, Bangladesh and Rohingya refugees in southeastern Bangladesh, and it is scheduled to expand the initiative in a number of other countries.
