Once again, the gold and silver are retailing on the lower side of the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). The precious metals recorded a dip on the MCX for the fourth time today.
With a dip of Rs 77 or 0.16 per cent, gold futures, maturing on October 5, stand at Rs 49,220 per 10 grams on the MCX.
Meanwhile, silver futures also recorded a downfall of Rs 77 or 0.14 per cent on the MCX on Friday. Silver rates stood at Rs 56,295 per kg.
In our country, gold and silver prices depend on the value of the rupee against the dollar, and global demand plays a key role in determining the trends observed in the rate of precious metals etc.
