Giants vs. Colts: Preview, prediction, what to watch for
NY Post
An inside look at Sunday’s Giants-Colts Week 17 matchup at MetLife Stadium:
Colts DT DeForest Buckner vs. Giants interior offensive line
There is a shift up front for the Giants, with center John Michael Schmitz (ankle) missing his first game this season.
That means Greg Van Roten moves from right guard into the center spot, with backups Aaron Stinnie and rookie Jake Kubas filling the guard spots.
Buckner, 30, has 6.5 sacks this season despite missing five games.
Since he was traded to the Colts in 2020, Buckner has more sacks (39) than any other defensive tackle in the league other than Chris Jones of the Chiefs.

‘Freak of nature: Zion Williamson’s resurgence could pose a Knicks problem versus motivated Pelicans
Zion Williamson is slimmer and healthier for his trip to MSG.

Almost a year to the day after a goaltender interference call against Kyle Palmieri lost the Islanders a game against the Blue Jackets that started their season’s death spiral, they were on the wrong end of another controversial call against those same Blue Jackets that might have had the same effect.

SAN DIEGO — As you may have seen elsewhere in this newspaper (and also if you haven’t deleted me yet from your social media), I have a book coming out Tuesday called “The Bosses of The Bronx.” Much of it details the 37 years’ worth of antics, winning, losing, winning again and overall mania of George Steinbrenner’s time with the Yankees.
