Mary Jane Copps, owner of The Phone Lady in Canada, has made it her business to teach people how to make phone calls effectively — and defeat their "phone phobia."
But about eight or nine years ago, Copps, who is based in Canada — in Halifax, Nova Scotia — said her business model shifted. In a recent poll, 61% of millennial office workers said they avoided phone calls entirely. Christine Rousselle is a lifestyle reporter with Fox News Digital.
"It became evident that that is what the client base wanted," she said.
