The City of London hosts a slew of summer programming for residents, including arts and crafts, dance, fitness, cooking and swimming.
Registration for the programs opened for adults 55 and older on Tuesday morning. General programs will become available on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. and aquatics programs will open for sign up on Thursday at 8:30 a.m.
The full list of programs and registration is available on the city's website. You can also call the city at 519-661-5575.
The most competitive programs are the aquatics courses and lessons.
"I absolutely recommend checking the website now and seeking the various facilities," said Joannah Campbell, the city's supervisor of recreation and sport.
"That's something that people might not realize, knowing that we're opening up a lot of outdoor pools where through the last few seasons — fall, winter, spring — we've only had our indoor pool offerings."
Campbell also recommends making sure you have registered an account and decide which programs you want to sign up for ahead of registration going live.
"All of the programs are currently visible online, so if you're not sure and you don't know what's available," she said.
