In Lok Sabha today, PM Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack at the Congress, accusing the party of using Parliament for political gains.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress during his reply to the debate on the Motion of Thanks to the President's address in the Lok Sabha on Monday.
PM Modi said the Congress is stuck in 2014 and accused the party of using Parliament for political gains.

PM Modi said, "Somewhere the Opposition's needle is stuck in 2014. You should come out of this. The public knows it, they have recognised."

"It's not about election results, it's about the intention of the Congress party. So many elections you lose, still your arrogance doesn't go. Your ecosystem doesn't let your arrogance go," he added.
Hitting out at the Congress for its opposition of the three farm laws, PM Modi said, "Those who have ruled the nation for so many years and are used to living in palatial houses have forgotten to speak about the welfare of the small farmer. For India's progress, it is important to empower the small farmer. The small farmer will strengthen India's progress."

A prominent seer, Pranavananda Swamiji, alleged that mutts backing Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar to take over the top post were denied any allocation in the state budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. He reiterated his support for Shivakumar to take over as the chief minister.

India's original Dhurandhar, Ravindra Kaushik, rose from acting at college theatres, to infiltrating the Pakistan Army as a RAW Agent. He provided critical intelligence on Pakistani troop movements and the country's nuclear programme, but died a lonely death after his betrayal and subsequent capture by the ISI.

According to the police, 19-year-old Sachin Dharmendrabhai Chaudhary, who works as a labourer, had borrowed the money before expressing his inability to repay it immediately, police said. He was allegedly threatened with his life over the delay in repayment. Fearing for his life, Sachin immediately alerted the police.
