Evan Peters to play serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in Netflix’s Monster

Evan Peters has been roped in to play Jeffrey Dahmer in the upcoming Netflix series titled Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. It will be directed by Ryan Murphy.

Evan Peters and Ryan Murphy are coming together for another crime-thriller series after the anthology American Horror Story. This time, it’s a Netflix series based on the life of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer titled Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. Jeffrey is considered one of America’s most notorious serial killers. Evan Peters, who is known for playing terrifying characters, will essay the titular role of the serial killer in Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. The Netflix series will be largely told from the point of view of the victims of the notorious serial killer. It will dive deeply into the police incompetence and apathy which allowed Jeffrey to go on a killing spree for years. The series will dramatise at least 10 instances where the Wisconsin native was almost apprehended only to be let go later. Reportedly, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story will also touch upon the serial killer’s white privilege.
