More winter weather is on the way for Islanders, albeit nowhere near as wild as this weekend's storm.
Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for all three counties of P.E.I. early Monday morning.
"Strong winds that may cause damage are expected," the statement said.
Wind will pick up later this evening, ranging from 60 km/h to maximum gusts out of the southeast to 90 km/h.
Those winds will also bring warmer temperatures Monday afternoon and evening.
The forecast is calling for snow and a risk of freezing rain and then turning to rain overnight, as temperatures climb to a high of 6 C overnight.

Sarnia City Council will hold a special meeting Tuesday morning to respond to social media comments made by Coun. Bill Dennis, who criticized city spending on a new mural by Indigenous artist Kennady Osborne as “virtue signalling by woke politicians” — then made a series of comments in response to a reply from Aamjiwnaang Chief Janelle Nahmabin that some have characterized as unprofessional and aggressive.
