England's Charlie Dean warns non-striker 24 hours after Deepti Sharma ran her out at Lord's

England's Charlie Dean, who was left heartbroken, on Saturday after she was ran-out at the non-striker's end for back-up in the Lord's ODI against India women, was playing the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy on Sunday. Dean had an opportunity to run a batter out at the non-striker's end but she chose not to.

It seems Charlie Dean has made peace with her dismissal by India's Deepti Sharma in the 3rd ODI from Saturday. 24 hours after the England cricketer was run-out at the non-striker's end, Charlie Dean faked a run-out at the non-striker's end, warning the batter during the Racheal Heyhoe Flint Trophy at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground.

In a video shared online, Charlie Dean, who plays for Southern Vipers, stopped her run-up and looked at the non-striker, who realised just in time that she could leave the crease before the bowler' delivered. Charlie was seen having a laugh about it on her way back to the start of the run-up.

However, on Saturday, Charlie Dean was fighting back tears on Saturday as her valiant 47 went in vain as England fell short of India's 169-run target by 16 runs. Dean, batting at No. 9, led a stunning fight back after the hosts slipped to 65 for 7. Dean was steering England towards a victory as she had stitched a fine partnership with Frejya Davies but Deepti ran her out at the non-striker's end in the 44th over.

The Indian all-rounder showcased presence of mind as Charlie Dean left the crease before she delivered the ball. India appealed for the run-out and the decision was given OUT after the third umpire was consulted.
