
Encouraged by dropping Covid positivity rate, Karnataka eases restrictions in 6 more districts

In an order, the Karnataka government said Covid-related restrictions have been relaxed in Udupi, Shivamogga, Ballari, Chitradurga, Bengaluru rural and Vijayapura.
The Karnataka government on Monday unlocked six more districts in the state after considering their dropping Covid positivity rate. Issuing an order, the state government said Covid-related restrictions have been relaxed in Udupi, Shivamogga, Ballari, Chitradurga, Bengaluru rural and Vijayapura. In these districts, residents will now be allowed to go to work till 5 pm. Bus, metro, hotels, clubs, outdoor shooting, resorts, lodges and gyms can be operated with 50 per cent capacity without the use of air-conditioners.More Related News
