The Bombay High Court directed the Maharashtra government to file a medical report for lawyer and activist Sudha Bharadwaj by May 17, as she seeks interim bail on medical grounds.
The Bombay High Court directed the Maharashtra government on Thursday to submit the latest medical report of advocate Sudha Bharadwaj, an accused in the Elgar Parishad case, by May 17. Sudha Bharadwaj is lodged at the Byculla women's prison in Mumbai. A division Bench of Justice KK Tated and Justice Abhay Ahuja was hearing a plea filed by Bharadwaj’s daughter Maaysha Singh seeking interim bail for her mother on medical grounds.More Related News
