The NYPD recently deployed sophisticated new technology in its K9 unit to help prevent terrorist attacks in the Big Apple — and guard New York City's subway system.
The sensors on the dog's harness send readings to a mobile command post in real time. "We had time to upgrade our equipment, fine-tune it and kind of finalize this version of it." Maria Paronich is a field producer in the Northeast Bureau at Fox News.
