Dog reunited with owner after getting lost in the snow for 1 week
Fox News
Roger Jacobs’ dog, Salty, escaped from his Montana home on Dec. 22 and wasn’t found until Dec. 29, after spending a week in freezing temperatures.
Jacobs’ daughter, Becky Anderson, 42, told SWNS that with Salty missing, the Christmas holiday was "a little less bright."
"We spent day and night driving around looking for her, tried tracking her footprints in the snow," Anderson said. "We initially believed she was chasing deer and then disappeared - as my dad would describe it, 'he was gut shot.'"
