It was supported by the heads of all departments and the district lead bank (Canara Bank). The book will be an ideal gift to anyone coming to Coimbatore for the first time. Unlike many other districts in the State, Coimbatore has a lot of aspects to be covered and excels in several areas, he said.
A documentary running for almost half an hour on the district was also screened on Thursday.
