A BJP worker from Mumbai, Mahesh Shrishrimal, has opposed a plea of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and prayed that the plea be dismissed with cost. The case was heard in relation to Rahul Gandhi's "commander-in-chief" comment. The court has deferred the hearing till January 25.
