Diesel prices cut for 2nd day, petrol unchanged despite sharp fall in global oil rates

State-run oil marketing companies (OMCs) have cut diesel prices for the second straight day. Diesel prices have been cut by 20 paise per litre and the declining trend could provide some comfort to citizens.
