The BJP has tweeted a video of Rahul Gandhi partying at a Nepal nightclub. The post came soon after Congress tweeted: Desh mein sankat chhaaya hai, magar saheb ko videsh bhaya hai!

Several Bharatiya Janata Party leaders — including Amit Malviya, Kapil Mishra, and Shehzad Poonawalla — on Tuesday, May 3, tweeted a video of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi at a nightclub in Nepal. The BJP attacked Rahul Gandhi for being outside the country just hours after the Congress's official account posted this on Twitter: “Desh mein sankat chhaaya hai, magar saheb ko videsh bhaya hai (There is a crisis in the country, but Saheb likes being abroad)!”

Congress’s Monday night tweet came on a day when Prime Minister Narendra Modi began his three-day Europe tour aimed at strengthening India's bilateral ties with Germany, the Nordic nations, and France. The PM visited Germany on Monday and is scheduled to meet Danish PM Mette Frederiksen on Tuesday. He will fly to France on Wednesday.

On Monday, the BJP shared a video showing Rahul Gandhi at a nightclub in Kathmandu. Sharing the video, BJP leaders highlighted the chaos within Congress and said that the Congress politician was busy partying at a time when the Congress-ruled Rajasthan was burning.

“Rajasthan burns but RAHUL GANDHI prefers partying over his own party !! He tweets about various crisis in India but prefers bars over Bharat ke log! Rahul is not even a part time politician but a party time politician ! Not the first time .. remember his party mode post 26/11,” tweeted Shehzaad Poonawalla.

Similarly, Amit Malviya, the in-charge of BJP's information & technology department, said: “Rahul Gandhi was at a nightclub when Mumbai was under seize. He is at a nightclub at a time when his party is exploding. He is consistent.”
