Two junior engineers of the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC) have been arrested for giving a 'supari' of Rs 20 lakh to kill their senior in Mumbai.

According to police, the duo was miffed with him for denying them promotions and plum postings for many years, The Times of India reported.
