Delonte West arrested after being found intoxicated, unconscious
NY Post
Former NBA player Delonte West was arrested after being found unconscious at a section of Fair Haven Avenue and Richmond Highway in Virginia on Nov. 3, Fairfax County Police Department told TMZ.
West was so intoxicated that he was arrested for his own safety, police said, adding that they offered to take West to the hospital and he refused.
Fairfax County PD said they responded to a call with EMS regarding a male found unconscious, and when they found West he was breathing.
West, who played eight seasons for four teams in the NBA, made bond and was released from police custody.
It is unclear if he will face any charges in the incident.
It comes a year after Fairfax County PD arrested West for trespassing in Huntington and hit with a misdemeanor charge.

Suddenly, someone had hit a rewind button and everyone had been transported back seven months. It was early spring instead of late fall, it was broiling hot outside the arena walls and not freezing cold. Everyone was back at TD Garden. There were 19,156 frenzied fans on their feet begging for blood, poised for the kill.
