Delhi: 2-month-licence fee waived off for bars in hotels, restaurants closed due to lockdown

Two months of licence fees for bars in hotels and restaurants that were closed due to lockdown during the Covid-19 second wave in the national capital has been waived off by the Delhi government.

In a relief for the hospitality sector, the Delhi government has waived off two licence fees for bars in hotels and restaurants that were closed due to lockdown during the second wave of Covid-19 infection in the city. The move will help hotels, restaurants, guest houses, motels and clubs in the city that serve liquor to save money ranging from a few thousand to lakhs of rupees.
