Cyclist in critical condition after being hit by car in NYC

A cyclist was in critical condition after being struck by a car near Brooklyn’s Prospect Park on Wednesday, cops said.

The adult victim was hit on the Grand Army Plaza oval just after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to police. A black Hyundai Elantra was involved in the impact, which shattered a large portion of its front windshield.
