Covid-19 outbreak in England camp: PCB 'satisfied by the assurances and guarantees provided by ECB'

Seven members, three players and four members of the management staff, of the England team tested positive for Covid-19, leading to the host having to field an entirely new team for their series against Pakistan led by Ben Stokes.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said that it is satisfied with the assurances it received from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) after a Covid-19 outbreak within the England team led to the hosts having to put out an entirely new squad. "Pakistan Cricket Board has been in close contact with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) regarding concerns about the health and safety of its players since the news of Covid-19 outbreak in the England camp was shared with it on late Monday evening," said the PCB in a statement.More Related News
